Configure smartphone

Go to Settings -> Phone information and tap 7 times in Build number to activate the developer tools.

Go to Settings -> Developer Options and enable USB debugging.

Configure Firefox on the smartphone

Go to Settings -> Advanced and enable Remote debugging via USB.
